N1MM Logger is the world's most popular ham radio contest logging program. Plus it is free.

NetLogger is an internet program to transmit check-in information to other users of NetLogger. Plus it is free. The only Net Logger I know of to show where you are on the net list and shows where others are located that are signed into the net. A lot of nets use it. Check to see if your net uses NetLogger.
Cloudlog is an open-source PHP & MySQL based amateur radio logging application, allowing you to log contacts via a web browser on any device and platform. This is an ideal general-purpose logging application, supporting HF to Microwave, it can even interface with your radio via CAT, sync logs from WSJT-X & if you are a satellite operator integrates with SatPC32. It is free.We understand that not everyone wants to self-host Cloudlog. For this reason, we offer subscriptions where we handle keeping it online 24/7 and your logbook data is backed up, you also get 5GB of fast storage for storing uploaded QSL Cards & eQSL Cards, while you just sit back and enjoy and support Cloudlog.

Digital Programs

Provides several audio and visual alert types based on decoded Callsigns within WSJT-X. Automatic logging to log types when QSL is logged in WSJT-X. Plus it is free.
Fldigi is a modem program for most of the digital modes used today: CW, PSK, MFSK, RTTY, Hell, DominoEX, Olivia, and Throb are all supported. It can help calibrate a sound card to a time signal and do frequency measurement tests.
